Job Summary 

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst is key to fortifying our organization's cybersecurity. This role provides essential foundational support in threat monitoring, analysis, and reporting, directly contributing to the proactive identification and mitigation of emerging threats and the reduction of cyber incident risk. This Analyst will manage critical threat intelligence tasks, ensuring continuous monitoring of the cyber landscape and independently strengthening our overall operational security.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security threats using various threat intelligence tools and platforms.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of cyber threat data from multiple sources, including open-source intelligence (OSINT), social media, and dark web forums.
  • Actively research and track specific threat actors, malware, campaigns, code families, and infrastructure.
  • Analyze threat data using structured analytical techniques and employ predictive analytic methods to determine changes in adversaries' capabilities, motivations, and intent.
  • Maintain continuous situational awareness of the cyber threat landscape and emerging threats relevant to the organization.
  • Perform foundational and intermediate operational and analytical tasks specifically related to cyber threat intelligence, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Support and participate in the development of threat intelligence initiatives and security enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and escalate emerging cyber security threats, risks, or critical intelligence gaps.
  • Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements within the threat intelligence lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and relevant external stakeholders to share intelligence and enhance collective defense.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors Preferred or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2-3 years threat intel experience required.
