Operates under the auspices of enterprise led HR, meaning, our work will be connected and consistent across our organization with our people being at the center. Our aim is to achieve an incredible Associate experience in which our associates, physicians and leaders can flourish and feel part of a connected ecosystem. Working as part of the People Service Center function, this role will be responsible for timely resolution and intake/triage addressing associate inquiries as it relates to HR and Payroll related issues. Addressing inquiries in compensation, benefits, wellness, payroll, and other related items, works to resolve the issue effectively and accurately. In complex matters, works collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR and/or payroll related items.


Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
1 year of customer service experience

Knowledge of governmental regulations, legal compliance related to compensation, benefits, pension and general employment law

Strong customer service experience

Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks and good time management skills

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use various software programs (HRIS, Timekeeping, MS Word/Excel, CRM tool)
Healthcare experience preferred

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
