The posted compensation range of $38.81 - $56.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, experience with Epic or similar applications, proven record of training development and strong written
and verbal skills. This candidate should possess at least five years of related healthcare work experience (including system and implementation
knowledge) that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities. - An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates attainment of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position may be substituted for two years of the education requirement (associate degree in related field required).
Required Licensure and Certifications
- Epic certification in training or learning management certification
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
- Familiarity with physician or professional services billing is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills to include presentation, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to complete tasks and escalate issues to the stakeholders and decision-makers, as necessary.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, multiple (and sometimes conflicting) priorities and adapt to change.
- Effective communication skills required.
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, ability to troubleshoot, and initiative-taking.
- Demonstrates qualities of assertiveness, a high sense of urgency, initiative (initiative-taker), effective communication skills including presentation skills, facilitation skills, and a positive attitude.
