The posted compensation range of $18.90 - $29.24 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As a LPN II, you will Facilitates, communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotionalneeds of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. (Required)
License/Certifications Requirements:
- Current State LPN License (Required)
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association (Required)
- State IV Certification upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer (required)
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Two years of recent LPN experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10
lbs. constantly
