The posted compensation range of $63.25 - $94.08 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Pharmacy Manager, you will be a strategic leader and clinical authority, orchestrating safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care delivery.
Every day, you will lead and supervise the pharmacy team, meticulously reviewing and authorizing prescriptions for safety (interactions, dosing, allergies). You'll oversee efficient workflow, from authorization to dispensing, and consult with doctors and nurses to troubleshoot medication issues.

- Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of pharmacy operations and shares clinical initiatives responsibility with Clinical Pharmacy Manager if applicable.
- Educates, mentors, and evaluates pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to develop and improve skills necessary for providing pharmaceutical care.
- Educates other health care professionals regarding medications to promote optimal patient care via in-services, educational programs, face-to-face interactions, etc.
- Trains and participates with Disaster Team drills and real-event responses as assigned.
- Communicates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers as necessary.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Of Science Pharmacy and Minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy (or similar) work experience, upon hire or
- Doctor Of Pharmacy Pharmacy and Minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy (or similar) work experience, upon hire and
- Pharmacist: North Dakota, upon hire
Preferred
- Masters Other MBA, MS, MHA, etc or Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed, upon hire
