CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson in beautiful Dickinson, North Dakota, is searching for a dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to guide our incredible team!

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the discipline
    • Master's Degree in Nursing, Masters must be obtained within 2 years of start
  • OR Master's in Nursing
    • 5 years of leadership experience.
    • Three years of supervisory experience.
  • Candidates must have an RN license that allows them to practice in the state of North Dakota (compact license or license issued by the ND Board of Nursing).
  • American Heart Association BLS-CPR.
