The posted compensation range of $23.05 - $32.56 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Administrative Sponsor Coordinator serves in an executive assistant role to the President/CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Board of Directors, and other groups or individuals designated by the CEO. Assists in the overall organization and management of resources for Administration including computer systems, general secretarial and receptionist services to support designated persons, programs and projects related to the operation of the hospital.

- Carries out administrative and clerical responsibilities as delegated by President/CEO and other parties.
- Provides oversight for administrative services department, Administrative and Board Policy Manuals, Board Minutes, and Credentialing.
- Assists with event planning for key hospital events by making arrangements, preparing necessary materials, notifying and reminding attendees, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, arranging for venue/room, providing food or drink if required, and distributing materials.
- Assists President/CEO in meeting operating objectives on a personal, departmental, and hospital-wide basis.
- Maintains accurate, organized records in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations as well as credentialing body guidelines.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Associate’s Degree or 5 years Administrative Assistant experience, Required.
