The posted compensation range of $39.52 - $61.38 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary
Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of assigned Imaging units. Coordinates
the daily activities of the units, in addition to performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in
assigned areas. Provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, and
financial resources to efficiently provide services. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by
being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Key performance indicators include but are
not limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rule
compliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required
Bachelors Degree, preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements
2 years of experience as a technologist. 1 years of supervisory experience, preferred. Efficiency in time
management and interpersonal skills
License/Certifications Requirement
Credential Source Required/Preferred ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer
(RDCS) or via CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) registry in at least one of
assigned modalities. Current Basic Life Support (BLS} from American Heart Association
