Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a receptionist you will answers multi-line telephone and directs callers to the appropriate individual or department. Greets all
visitors courteously, determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate individual or department.
Demonstrates workplace effectiveness to assure communication of mission and core values.


• Greets residents and visitors courteously. Determines their needs. Answers all questions and directs them as needed. 
• Handles all assigned word processing, filing, mail sorting and delivery accurately.
• Issues resident and employee meal tickets and maintains checklist.
• Maintains a current file/listing of residents including name, room, telephone number, emergency contacts and phone numbers of on-  call, key personnel.
• Follows OSHA guidelines and facility safety programs to ensure a safe environment.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

High School diploma/GED

Preferred

One year of related experience
