Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Practice Manager I, you will be essential in optimizing healthcare delivery, providing daily operational oversight for physician clinics. You'll strategically streamline functions to enhance patient experience, financial performance, and cultivate provider and staff engagement.

Every day you will actively collaborate with leadership, managing key business, financial, and clinical functions to achieve clinic operational goals. You will continually assess, develop, and implement strategies, driving operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will embody our mission, operating with transparency and collaboration to achieve shared objectives. You will be a bold change agent, driving urgency and demonstrating unwavering accountability to all stakeholders.

  • This position has administrative responsibility for 1-3 designated practices and at least 1-8 providers (includes physicians and advanced practice providers).
  • Responsible for administration of business, financial, and practice functions of the practice.
  • Oversees day-to-day activities of practice site(s).
  • This position also develops plans to identify and reach short and long-term goals and assure development and compliance with operating and capital budgets and achievements of financial performance.
  • Develops, monitors, and responds to a full range of financial, service, and quality indicators in all areas of responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a positive employee environment that results in a productive, motivated, and engaged workforce.
Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D

Preferred

  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a healthcare related field
  • One (1) to two (2) years leadership experience
