The posted compensation range of $33.55 - $48.68 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The clinical auditor performs clinical and operational audits as a means of verifying accuracy of information and compliance to established policies, practices, and regulations. Responsible for quality review of care process from physician order, registration, chart documentation, charging, and billing to reimbursement. Has collaborative relationship with revenue integrity advisors for root cause analysis and
education of departments.
The Surgery Department at Penrose Hospital has 16 OR suites and performs 30 – 40 cases per day. We specialize in heart, vascular, general, gynecology, urology, ortho, spine, neuro, plastics, robotics, and trauma procedures on adult patients only. Our department's mission is to provide the best possible patient care. People would want to join our team due to teamwork, culture, and CNOR certification pay. We are looking for dedicated, hard-working team players.
Schedule- 24hrs/week - Variable days of the week per Surgical volume and current unit needs.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 5 years direct patient care in a hospital setting
- RN experience highly preferred; although technical skills and medical experience may substitute.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree required
- Registered Nurse Preferred State of employment RN license, preferred
