The posted compensation range of $24.15 - $34.12 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
This system role is responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of facility governmental payor enrollments for these related health plans.
Responsibilities include the review, analysis, coordination, and submission of enrollment data required for all CommonSpirit Health facilities and providers. This role ensures that enrollment processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with varying payor requirements.
While the primary focus is on facility-level enrollments, this role may also support individual provider enrollments as needed to ensure continuity of operations and reimbursement.
- Coordinate and execute facility payor enrollments for all governmental payors, including Medicare, Medicaid, and related health plans.
- Collect, review, and validate required enrollment data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with payor-specific requirements.
- Prepare and submit enrollment applications and supporting documentation through both manual and electronic processes.
- Work closely with facility leadership, operational teams, and third-party vendors to gather and verify enrollment information in a timely manner
- Submit applications to designated Authorized/Delegated Officials for review and approval in accordance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with governmental contractor payors to resolve deficiencies, respond to requests, and follow up on enrollment status.
Required
- Bachelors Other Bachelor Admin degree in Finance, Accounting or Finance concentration helpful but not required
- One to Three (1-3) years
- Minimum of two (2) years of current progressive experience in a healthcare environment, with government enrollments background.
