The posted compensation range of $18.06 - $25.51 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Office Supervisor, you will oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficiency and excellent patient service.
Every day you will manage staff, coordinate schedules, oversee patient flow, address billing/insurance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and healthcare administration knowledge, optimizing operations and enhancing patient/staff experience.
- Assist in developing long-range plans and organizational policies and procedures.
- Assure understanding and implementation of Mountain Management Services policies and procedures.
- Supervision of all staff and monitors scheduling.
- Function as liaison between staff and physicians.
- Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinates such functions as claims and billing to ensure high quality care.
Required
- High School GED General Studies and 3 years related practice / office management or staff experience
Preferred
- Associates Other or equivalent experience
- Electronic medical records experience preferred.
