Job Summary and Responsibilities
As ourCT Coordinator, you will direct diagnostic CT operations across our TN/GA market campuses, ensuring high-quality imaging and clinical excellence. You will spearhead departmental efficiency, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians to implement updated imaging protocols. This leadership role is vital to maintaining operational standards across adult, geriatric, adolescent, and pediatric patient populations.
Every day you will oversee patient throughput, audit charges for accuracy, and provide hands-on coverage to minimize wait times. You will manage daily staffing needs, mentor and onboard new personnel, and utilize Epic and PACS systems to ensure seamless workflow performance and superior diagnostic results.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in medical reimbursement, and the ability to negotiate across multiple disciplines. You must be an effective communicator capable of building physician credibility and mentoring staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Job RequirementsHigh School graduate or equivalent
Graduate of accredited school of radiologic technology
Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience as a staff CT technologist
Must be registered by the ARRT in radiology and CT
