Responsibilities
At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health social and support services in the heart of Chandler Arizona. As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise support and oversight that helps ensure our surgery patients receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures staff follows all infection control policies
- Knowledge and use of sterilizers - ultrasonic, Washers, Cart Washer, and high level disinfection
- Maintains quality control records for all sterilizers and high level disinfection process
- Gives direction to staff on prioritizing workload
- Assess quality assurance expectations of daily operations

Qualifications
Minimum:
HS/GED
3 years surgical instrument experience
CRCST
- Preceptor certification within 6 months
Preferred:
Completion of a surgical instrument technician program
