Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Cath Lab, you will be a vital member of a high-performing team, delivering critical and compassionate care to patients undergoing life-saving cardiovascular procedures. You'll leverage your expertise daily to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, excelling in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where every action directly impacts patient outcomes.

Your ability to anticipate needs, adapt swiftly to changing conditions, and collaborate seamlessly within our interdisciplinary team will be paramount to success and deeply rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve optimal health outcomes for Cath Lab patients, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care.
- Critical Assessment & Intervention: Proficiently assess patient conditions, recognize and adapt to changes (e.g., lab, vitals, test values), and perform timely, clinically appropriate interventions.
- Prioritization & Organization: Skillfully organize and prioritize complex patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborative Communication: Clear communicate with physicians and other providers, and ensure a seamless nurse-to-nurse handoff at the bedside.
- Patient Advocacy & Ethics: Serve as a dedicated advocate for patient needs, demonstrating holistic care practices and upholding high ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

- Graduate of an accredited school ofnursing, upon hire and
- Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
Preferred
- Bachelors Other BSN and One year recent acute care experience, upon hire
