Level One Trauma Center, 24/7 Operational hours, 13 Surgical Suites, 1 Cysto Suite, 1:1 Nurse Ratio, Multi-Specialty: Trauma Neuro Robotics Orthopedics General GYN Urology Plastics and Reconstruction. The operating room (OR) operates as a team, and every member plays a crucial role that directly impacts the patient's outcome. As a , your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with the team are key to taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process. Your role is not just important; it's integral to our success. Your expertise in surgical procedures and sterilization directly contributes to the positive outcomes of our patients, making you a valued and indispensable part of our team.
Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.
Job Requirements
Required
- Diploma and One (1) year RN experience., upon hire or
- Associate Of Nursing, upon hire or
- Bachelors Of Nursing, upon hire or
- Foreign Equivalent, upon hire
- Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
Preferred
- One year medical/surgical intensive care experience.
Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 429-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,600 team members and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Chandler Regional joined the Dignity Health system in 1999, but has been part of the community for more than 50 years. The hospital includes a Level I Trauma Center, a Heart and Vascular Center, a Wound Healing Center, a Family Birth Center and many additional services. Dignity Health Chandler Regional, Mercy Gilbert, and Arizona General Hospital Mesa awarded $422,000 in grants to support five community projects led by 15 local organizations. Since 1991, Dignity Health's Community Health Improvement Grants program has provided $91 million to nearly 3,800 health projects, focusing on vulnerable and underserved populations.
