As our Open Heart Surgery Nurse at CRMC, 

The operating room (OR) operates as a team, and every member plays a crucial role that directly impacts the patient's outcome. As a , your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with the team are key to taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process. Your role is not just important; it's integral to our success. Your expertise in surgical procedures and sterilization directly contributes to the positive outcomes of our patients, making you a valued and indispensable part of our team.

Required

• Diploma and One (1) year RN experience., upon hire or
• Associate Of Nursing, upon hire or
• Bachelors Of Nursing, upon hire or
• Foreign Equivalent, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months

Preferred

• One year medical/surgical intensive care experience.
