As the Manager, Clinical Services, your path to success begins here. Ensure seamless coordination and exceptional quality of care, creating an environment of trust and excellence.

  • Lead a team of exceptional individuals, fostering an expectation of excellence.
  • Maximize their value through guidance, coaching, and recognition.
  • Contribute to our mission of compassion and care, applying good judgment and organizational guidelines.
  • Responsible for front line direction of accurate, complete, and timely provision of quality client care and services in  compliance with regulatory, operational and financial requirements
  • Responsible for assuring that clinical documentation meets accepted standards of care, regulatory, operational, and financial requirements
  • Responsible for referral intake and management to ensure that patients receive assessment visits
  • Maintains positive staff morale, observable through team spirit, a sense of belonging and recognition of accomplishments
  • Some travel to patient's homes/ ride-alongs with clinicians
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Current RN license - BSN preferred in good standing and able to practice in current State required
  • Two years of home care nursing experience is required
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Home Health regulatory requirements is required
  • One year of hospital nursing preferred
  • Knowledge of state cretification/registration highly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, administrative and supervisory skills
