The posted compensation range of $25.48 - $39.57 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Supervises the daily activities of the clerical and /or tech staff of the department so that all processes are
completed accurately, timely, and efficiently. Ensures customers are provided with a professional, caring
level of service. Oversees all department functions to ensure high quality standards are met with regard
to servicing the needs of patients, physicians, regulatory agencies, outside entities, and all hospital
departments.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D., required.
- Associate Degree, preferred.
- 2 years experience in hospital patient access or business analyst experience, preferred.
- 2 years operational/leadership experience, preferred.
- Exercises initiative, judgment, problem solving, decision making, and team development skills, preferred.
- Knowledge of regulations as they relate to Admissions and Financial requirements.
- Medical terminology certificate, preferred.
Physcial Requirements: Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.
