The posted compensation range of $20.30 - $29.46 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

The Revenue Integrity Specialist is responsible for providing direction in developing and maintaining systems, processes and work flows, for the timely and accurate recording of hospital revenue in regards to charge capture. Position provides manager education, implementation support and serves as a facility liaison to the Revenue Integrity staff as it relates to charge master and billing system issues. The position works directly with the Clinical managers of revenue generating departments. The position has collaborative relationships with Patient Financial Services, Decision Support, Health Information Management and Compliance.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Three years in Health Information Management or related HCPCS/CPT environment and/or three years in financial/healthcare reimbursement services.
- Word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 10 years related experience in lieu of degree preferred.
Physicial Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
