This position has administrative responsibility for designated physician practices. Collaborates within an integrated healthcare system. Internal customers include regional leadership, physicians, practice management, and staff. External customers include patients and regulatory bodies. This position supports providers and directly or indirectly supervises staff associated with those providers.

Contributes to the fulfillment of the CommonSpirit Health Mission and Vision by serving as a designated administrative leader for CommonSpirit Mountain Region's programs and services in the community. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing resources over several clinic sites across a wide geographic region. Serves as a patient advocate as well as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes and awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission and Values of CommonSpirit Health. The incumbent works collaboratively with all CommonSpirit Mountain Region Leadership executives to achieve CommonSpirit Medical Group (CMG) goals and objectives. The individual serving in this role has full authority and accountability for the day to day operations of the assigned clinics. This position requires the skills and abilities to build collaborative relationships with physicians and other members of the management team to fulfill his/her accountabilities. In addition, the incumbent serves as the liaison with each service line. This position works collaboratively with medical staff, community leaders, agencies and payors to carry out the goals and objectives outlined in the strategic plan. A key role of this position is to build strong relationships with physicians and employees for CommonSpirit Medical Group (CMG) and to achieve high levels of patient and customer satisfaction


Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
  • 5 years healthcare leadership experience required
  • Knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems, policies and procedures
  • Healthcare facility leadership experience should include management of staff, budgets and multiple clinic functions

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to
10lbs force occasionally)
