The posted compensation range of $24.03 - $40.78 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Administrative Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will range from administration duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans, and reports), directing and coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling the schedules of the team), through creation of documents and conducting research to support the products of the department.
Every day, you will continuously monitor the progression of workflow and deliverables and update status when necessary. You will coordinate meetings and draft/send project communications. You will work closely with entities to ensure information relevant to their region is delivered and updated continuously, which will require relationship building with each entity and community partners to achieve effective communication.
To be successful in your role, you will strategically manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of projects, from maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring smooth workflow to directing team schedules and tracking deliverables. You will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to project communication, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with various entities and partners to ensure successful project execution and information dissemination.
Job RequirementsRequired
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Two (2) years' experience in healthcare or related field
- Proficient in the use of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Products
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

- Bachelor's Degree
