The posted compensation range of $31.21 - $35.22 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
The incumbent accurately and efficiently processes all lab specimens with appropriate use of the hospital and laboratory information systems.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Lab Assistant/phlebotomist in an acute care hospital. 1 year experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory terminology aseptic technique laboratory tests and specimen handling and blood collection techniques as demonstrated by CAP required competency assessment and organizational requirements.
- California CPT-1 or CPT-2 or certification or other California state certification permitting phlebotomy.
