Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our HR Coordinator, you will effectively support the Human Resources function across various Centers of Excellence, ensuring seamless service delivery and a positive employee experience. Your role is vital in maintaining HR data integrity and aligning HR processes with organizational goals.

Every day you will provide exceptional customer service and policy guidance, coordinate HR administrative tasks, and contribute to facility-specific programs and initiatives to enhance overall HR service.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail in a dynamic HR environment. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, uphold CommonSpirit Health's values, and collaborate effectively with HR leaders will drive positive outcomes and a thriving organizational culture.

• Ensure needs are met in a timely manner and with the highest level of customer service in support of HR functional support, as well as manager and employee transactional HR support.
• Provide HR Policy guidance to assist employees in locating and navigating enterprise and divisional policies.
• Oversee onboarding activities for all new hires to ensure complete and accurate information is collected and entered into HR systems and to ensure positive experience for all candidates.
• Support Day One Orientation, as well as monitoring of candidate experience to ensure alignment with culture and efficiency of activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate entry of data into HR systems. 

• Partner with HR teams to design effective programs, processes, and policies to ensure standards across the facility/division are aligned within each facility and across all areas.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Graduate General Studies and Three years relevant experience  or
  • High School GED General Studies and Three years relevant experience or
  • Associates Degree and one year relevant experience  or
  • Bachelors Other Bachelor's Degree and one year relevant experience
