The posted compensation range of $66.26 - $98.56 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will oversee operations and clinical aspects of our rehabilitation programs. Your leadership ensures high-quality, patient-centered, and effective services, optimizing recovery and independence.
Every day, you will manage and mentor rehabilitation staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulations, and patient safety. You'll coordinate care, optimize schedules and workflows, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians. You will also monitor outcomes, identify improvements, and implement enhancement strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership and team management, with in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to patient-centered care and program excellence are essential.

Required Education and Experience:
- Masters Degree in business or healthcare-related field required, or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of varied clinical experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a rehab setting required.
- Experience in facility-wide integration and collaboration required.
Required Licensure:
- California state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) required.
