The posted compensation range of $25.25 - $36.61 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years credentialing experience in an Acute Care setting or 5 years credentialing experience in an Ambulatory setting (required).
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (required).
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or some college education preferred.
Licensure:
CPCS certification is preferred.
Special Skills:
Special skills required include: good data entry skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; medical terminology; customer service;
organizational skills; team orientation; ability to maintain confidentiality and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
Training:
Training in or working knowledge of TJC/CMS/Title 22 /NCQA standards and requirements; advanced Microsoft Office products MSO/MSOW, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Internet software; and office equipment including computer, copy machine, fax, and scanner (required).
