The posted compensation range of $25.30 - $35.74 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Administrative Coordinator, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.
Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.
To be successful in this critical role, you must demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.
- Greet customers (vendors, patients, staff, volunteers, and physicians) in person and on the phone, providing information, taking messages, scheduling appointments and or referring to appropriate individual or department.
- Receive and process feedback from members and families on program surveys. Collaborates with management for program planning.
- Coordinates the marketing materials of the department by creating flyers and website updates while communicating with staff team.
- Administrative support as required: word processing, form development, spreadsheet preparation, filing, ordering supplies, copying, distributing, minutes, scheduling intake appointments, preparing reports and correspondence. Maintains administrative control of a variety of records and files, including confidential and legal documents related to program members.
- Coordinate registration for adjunct programs.
Required
- High School Graduate General Studies and 3 years experience in a health care medical, clerical setting, upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies and 3 years experience in a health care medical, clerical setting, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 6 - months
Preferred
- Associates Other or 5 years experiencein health related field, upon hire
- Supervisory experience
