Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Environmental Services Tech, you will perform a variety of essential cleaning tasks necessary to maintain and improve the appearance and sanitary condition of all campuses.

Every day you will meticulously execute assigned cleaning protocols, utilizing appropriate equipment and chemicals to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and infection control. You will actively participate in quality control checks, identifying areas for improvement and helping to uphold our high standards. Additionally, you will engage in staff development initiatives, learning new techniques and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff across all campuses.

  • Cleans toilets, sinks and showers. Measurement: Observation, Departmental monitors .
  • Damp dust sanitizes and spot clean washes: furniture, lamps, window sills, walls, doors and other horizontal surfaces in occupied patient areas and non-patient areas as will as discharge/check out cleaning. Measurement: Observation, Departmental monitors .
  • Empties, sanitizes and relines all trash receptacles. Measurement: Observation, Departmental monitors .
  • Cleans and refills all soap and paper product dispensers. Measurement: Observation, Departmental monitors.
  • Washes windows, glass and blinds. Measurement: Observation, Departmental monitors.
  • Washes walls and ceilings. Measurement: Observation, Departmental monitors.
