The posted compensation range of $45.14 - $55.59 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values under a patient focused model based on theory practice and research achieves a quality of technical services based on an optimal level of health including support of a peaceful death. Actively participates in the delivery of Pulmonary Medicine services.
Qualifications
- Greater than six (6) months experience in respiratory therapy
- Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure (CT RCP)
- Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS)
Special Skills:
- Demonstrates proficient technical skills in the performance of respiratory therapies and core competencies
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of current trends in the performance of respiratory therapies.
- After 12 months demonstrates ability to take on charge therapist responsibilities as required with some level of supervision from Unit Manager.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Establishes effective working relationships with other departments medical staff and co-workers; treats public courteously tactfully and professionally.
- Performs all RT I duties & job requirements without direct supervision
