The posted compensation range of $55.95 - $65.91 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Radiology Tech III, you will help demonstrate protocols, techniques and procedures of Diagnostic Radiography and specialty. You will perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures while guiding junior staff, ensuring strict radiation safety, and maintaining peak operational efficiency.
Every day, you will perform complex, high quality diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopic procedures, following established protocols to help guide junior staff. Prepare, position and comfort patients to capture precise images while minimizing physical discomfort.
To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and able to achieve results through good organizational skills.
- Troubleshoot imaging equipment, track calibration, and report maintenance needs immediately to prevent clinical downtime.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
- Ability to work tactfully and effectively with fellow staff members, physicians, and the general patient population.
Required
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a staff technologist one (1) year experience in one specialty field
- CRT certification required
- ARRT certification in Mammography, Computed Tomography, Cardiac/Interventional Radiology or MRI required
- CPR required
- Must spend at least 25% of clinical time working in the specialty
- Fluoroscopy Permit certification required
