Responsibilities

The Region Manager, Marketing Operations leads the development and execution of regional marketing operations strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving marketing efficiency. This role oversees the implementation of marketing technologies, optimizes workflows, manages marketing budgets, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all regional marketing channels. The Manager will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the region and associated markets, the Manager ensures consistent messaging, alignment with company business strategies and objectives, and adherence to system standards, practices, and policies.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with external agencies and technology vendors.
  • Develop operational frameworks, processes, and resources that continue to improve operating clarity, focus, and efficiency as we continue to scale marketing programs across the region. 
  • Develop and manage regional marketing operations channels in collaboration with region digital marketing managers, including email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Manage the annual regional marketing operations plan, aligning with business objectives and integrating key messaging across channels.
  • Manage the implementation of processes to streamline marketing workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency across teams.
  • Support planning, project management, and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing channels to ensure messages reach the right audiences effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with communications, digital and marketing teams to manage content calendars, approval processes, and distribution strategies to maximize audience engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborates with digital teams to review technology platforms, content management systems, and collaboration tools to optimize team productivity.  
  • Reinforce and uphold standards, best practices, and policies for marketing operations, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Work with strategy teams and finance teams to define KPIs for campaigns.
  • Manage dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Develop training programs and resources to equip teams with the skills and knowledge to execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Drive cross-functional special projects, as prioritized by the region director of service line marketing. 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience developing and managing marketing plans, processes, and technology platforms.
  • Background in managing marketing channels, reporting, and content distribution strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with related industries and operations-specific challenges.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing operations strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
  • Experience establishing systems and developing processes in a dynamically scaling environment. 
  • Experience effectively allocating and tracking financial resources to support marketing activities.
