In this vital role, you will provide high-quality Ultrasound procedures, contributing directly to accurate diagnoses and patient well-being, all while upholding the mission and philosophy of our facility.

As an Ultrasound Technologist, You Will:

  • Perform Advanced Diagnostics:Expertly perform ultrasound procedures, meticulously recording anatomical, pathological, and/or physiological data essential for Radiologist interpretation.
  • Support Physician Collaboration:Assist physicians in gathering critical sonographic data to diagnose a variety of conditions and diseases, including direct support during interventional procedures like biopsies and drainages.
  • Ensure Patient-Centered Care:Obtain complete patient medical histories, educate patients about their procedures, and provide assistance with post-procedure care.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence:Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on equipment, ensure proper safety standards, and meticulously maintain accurate patient records, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality.
  • Optimize Workflow:Manage inventory, ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, and maintain a clean, organized work area with proper disinfectants.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Graduation from an approved school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Required Certification/Registration:

  • Must achieve US (Ultrasound) registration within 1 year of the hire date.

Required Minimum Experience:

  • Clinical experience obtained during Sonography schooling.
