Your Role in Our Life-Saving Symphony:

As an Inpatient Surgical Unit RN, you'll be the linchpin of our patients' recovery. You'll skillfully monitor post-op conditions, administer medications with precision, manage wound care, educate patients and families, and anticipate potential complications. Your keen observation, swift action, and unwavering compassion will directly influence positive outcomes.


Work Agreement:12 hour shiftsRotating day and night shiftEvery third weekend Two holidays per year

  • Education: A solid foundation from an approved school of nursing. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a definite plus – it shows your dedication to excellence!
  • Licensure: Ready to roll in North Dakota? A valid Registered Nurse license in North Dakota, or a compact state, is required. If you're a Graduate Nurse (G.N.), you'll be supervised by an RN until your work authorization is secured.
  • Experience: None required! We're thrilled to cultivate emerging talent and provide the mentorship you need to become a surgical nursing pro.
  • Skills: A strong grip on basic clinical skills for delivering top-tier patient care. Your ability to think on your feet and adapt will be key.
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within your orientation period and diligent re-certification as required.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: You're a natural communicator, adept at connecting with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing. You own your conduct, foster a positive and respectful atmosphere, and are a steadfast guardian of patient confidentiality.
