Job Requirements
Required Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Required Licensure & Certifications:
- State-Specific Phlebotomy Certification/License (as applicable to state of practice):
- Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) Certification:Required upon hire or transfer.
Preferred Certifications:
- Phlebotomy program certificate.
