In this multifaceted position, you'll be instrumental in both our materials management and retail pharmacy functions, contributing directly to the health and well-being of our community.
You'll be a vital part of our team by:
- Mastering Materials:Efficiently processing, stocking, and organizing medication orders, conducting inventory date checks, and managing paperwork for clinic sales. You'll navigate our wholesaler ordering system with ease.
- Retail Rock Star:Engaging as a key customer contact, overseeing mail-out and delivery coordination, handling product recalls, and actively participating in new employee training.
- Tech Savvy:Maintaining and troubleshooting our cutting-edge PARATA robotic system, including replenishment, cleaning, and label changes.
- Critical Communications:Receiving verbally transmitted prescriptions from authorized prescribers and providing top-tier customer service in our retail environment.
- Inventory Guru:Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring generic compliance, and managing prescription filing and reconciliation according to legal requirements.
- Compliance Champion:Completing annual FWA training for Medicare Part B and Part D, and participating in dispensing for Medicare recipients.

Job Requirements
- Education:High school graduate + an academic pharmacy technician programorapproved self-study/training by the ND Board of Pharmacyorcurrent licensure as a recognized pharmacy technician in ND.
- Licensure:Active Pharmacy Technician license with the North Dakota State Board of Pharmacy, including an accepted national certification.
- Experience:Prior retail, hospital pharmacy expertise, or successful completion of Technician I & II training/orientation is preferred – a great head start!
