Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented individual eager to make a difference in patient care? St. Alexius Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking dedicated Nurse Assistants to join our Telemetry Department!

Working under the Clinical Coordinator, you'll provide essential direct care to predominantly adult and geriatric patients, supporting their daily needs, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe, healing environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
  • Respond promptly to patient calls and maintain a clean space.
  • Provide compassionate support, upholding our mission and values.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent work experience).
  • Active listing on a Nurse Assistant Registry (North Dakota Board of Nursing) or eligibility for placement immediately post-orientation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (within orientation).
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive under pressure. Hospital or aide experience preferred!
