CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Full Time Director of Therapy Services to join the Team!

The Director or Therapy Services manages the Respiratory Therapy Department, Echo Lab, Stress Lab, PFT Lab, ABG Lab, Neurodiagnostic Lab, Sleep Center, and ECG Management .  Manages Rehab Services, Cardiac Rehab, Acceleration & Fitness, Athletic Training, HPC Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Speech Language, Employee Assistance Program.  Reports to the Chief Nursing Executive

What You'll Do:

• Leads and directs the departments and staff of Rehab Services, Occupational Medicine, Employee Assistance program.

• Leads and directs the departments and staff of Respiratory Therapy and the sub-departments under the Respiratory Therapy umbrella.

• Develop budgets, oversee revenue and expenses, and manage labor productivity benchmarks.

• Lead and facilitate operational changes as needed.

• Work with other leaders to ensure quality patient care is being delivered.

• Participate in daily management huddles.

• Required Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline; Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• 5 years relevant experience requried
• Preferred Bachelors degree in Respiratory, Physical, Occupational Therapy with 5 years minimum experience.
