In this fast-paced call center role, you'll be the friendly voice answering the main lines for multiple healthcare facilities. Your stellar communication skills will ensure every call is handled with precision, utilizing our established protocols and a touch of professional grace.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Seamlessly processing a high volume of calls within our network.
  • Mastering our telecommunications guidelines and protocols (scripting, paging, etc.).
  • Navigating challenging calls with good judgment, tact, and diplomacy – always aiming for caller satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating expertise with our systems, even during high-stress situations.
  • Achieving benchmark-setting call handling times.
  • Embodying our "Journey Beyond Excellence" standards.

Job Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent (bonus points for post-secondary education in computers, customer service, or medical terminology!).
  • Proven experience in reception, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Windows.
  • Essential Skills:Stellar attendance, punctuality, strong computer literacy, impeccable telephone etiquette, and fundamental office skills.
  • The ability to remain composed and effective in emergency or stressful situations.
