Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinical Coordinator of Respiratory Care you will be a leader and act as an integral part of the team, partnering with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, holistic care for our Respiratory patients. 

Every day you will provide essential care within our supportive Respiratory department.Your day will be filled with opportunities to educate, support, and advocate for our patients, helping them navigate their behavioral health journey with dignity and respect. 

To be successful in this role, you will coordinate high-quality respiratory therapy, promoting health and recovery for our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled respiratory therapy interventions as ordered by a licensed physician, across all age groups (infant to geriatric)
  • Utilize respiratory therapy protocols to develop therapeutic goals and formulate individualized care plans
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, assess and manage cardiopulmonary conditions, and act as a physician extender
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, disease management techniques, medications, and equipment use
  • Budget and policy review
  • Act as a Safety Liaison for the Respiratory Therapy departments
Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited/AMA certified School of Respiratory Therapy with a Bachelors of Science in Respiratory Therapy
  • Licensed with the North Dakota Board of Respiratory Care
  • CPR (BLS) certification current upon hire OR to be completed within 14 days of hire
