Are you a Certified Surgical Technologist who thrives on precision and seamless collaboration? CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck's Urology Clinic is looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team. This role is more than just assisting; it's about being an integral partner in advanced urological care.

You'll be a key player in our procedure rooms, ensuring every instrument is in its place, every sterile field is pristine, and every patient receives the highest standard of safety. We value your hawk-eye attention to detail and your ability to anticipate needs, allowing our urologists to focus on what they do best.

A day in the life looks like:

  • Setting the stage for critical urological procedures with meticulous preparation.
  • Operating alongside our surgeons, providing expert assistance with instruments and specimen handling.
  • Maintaining a flawless environment, from managing supplies to ensuring equipment readiness.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Job Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • CST and UAP certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of CST experience is preferred, bringing valuable insight to our specialized cases.
