Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparing and serving of meals to Care Center Residents, Hospital and ARC.
  • Know basics of therapeutic diets to ensure proper following of nutrition care plan for resident and patients.
  • Washing dishes with dish machine, using meat slicer, coffee machine, handling dishes, hot and cold food.
  • Abide to the Minnesota Department of Health safety standards and LakeWood’s Policies.
  • Stocking food items, documentation of food records, grocery items and temperatures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Be able to perform simple math skills and have basic communication.
