The posted compensation range of $19.87 - $28.06 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.
Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.

- Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, charts, reports, etc., and submit these as may be required.
- Follow established policies and procedures for drug control (i.e., locking medication carts, reordering medications, returning unused drugs to pharmacy, signing out controlled drugs, locking medication room door when unattended etc.).
- Follow established guidelines concerning the storage of drugs and biologicals.
- Be familiar with the meaning and usage of common medical abbreviations, symbols, and terms relative to the administration of medications as used by the facility, pharmacists, and physicians.
- Report medication errors as soon as discovered and complete written report according to policy.
- Ensure that the counting and starting of narcotics meets State and Federal regulations and reports discrepancies to the nurse. Participates in counting of narcotics when needed.

Required
- Successful completion of a state approved training program (TMA) and any necessary examinations
- Certified Nursing Assistant: MN
- Basic Life Support - CPR
