The posted compensation range of $51.65 - $61.40 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the Home Health Supervisor develops a home care plan of instructing patient family/caregivers and other nurses to implement the plan for therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation of the speech impaired. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality per Mercy-Memorial Home Healths administrative policy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- One year of clinical experience with direct patient contact
- CA Speech Therapist License
- BLS required
- Ability to read analyze and interpret hospital/agency policies and procedures professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports and procedures and document in the medical record
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers managers patients physicians family members and the general public
- Must be able to read write and speak English proficiently
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
