Project Manager
The posted compensation range of $35.28 - $51.16 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager leads internal teams/task forces on enterprise wide projects. Responsible for planning, executing and managing multiple and/or large projects according to pre-determined timelines and budgets; assigning the project teams; building project plans; reporting status to the client and internal teams; and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years working in Project Management
- Experience overseeing multiple projects across all lines of business.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the development, planning and execution of project plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Process improvement and/or experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project, TCM, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred.
- 3 years healthcare experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field preferred.
- Project Management Professions (PMP) certification preferred. Agile, SCRUM, or Black Belt certification preferred.
