The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric full-service management service organization structure. Responsibilities

Position Summary:


The Program Manager, Population Health Insights is responsible for the program planning and management of a grant portfolio focused on Hepatitis C, HIV, and syphilis screening and treatment, and related programs. As the program lead for the system, the Program Manager will work closely with individual facilities to provide technical assistance while pursuing opportunities to expand and support Hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, and related screening/treatment initiatives at the system level. This role will not only oversee the operational aspects but will also play a crucial role in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives. The Program Manager will be a major driver of change on programming related to conditions that have particular health equity and social justice implications, including Hepatitis C.
This role will work under the direction of the System Director, Population Health Insights, with accountability for supporting multiple grant recipients and program participants in coordination with additional system stakeholders. This is a position that has the potential to grow the scope and portfolio of programming to drive grant funding to additional facilities, collaborate with markets to identify opportunities to leverage value based agreements to drive improvements in screening and treatment, and identify opportunities to champion new efforts in this space.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in health or related major and 5-7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in opt-out blood-borne disease screening program or similar initiative.
- Knowledge of EMR, lab, and workflow components of Hepatitis C screening programs.
- Proven experience in capacity building and technical assistance.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and engagement. Highly collaborative and able to work with resources and explain needs to diverse stakeholders.
