Pharmacist Southwest Tower

Responsible for assuring that all of the activities for the provision of pharmaceutical care at their campus are carried out in full accordance with all Federal and State laws, rules and regulations. The Pharmacist in Charge assists the Director of Pharmacy in the planning, supervision and control of all activities of the Pharmacy department in support of the goals and objectives of their facility and the DH Mercy Hospitals Mission and Vision. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Current license as a registered Pharmacist in the State of California.

Preferred:

• Pharmacist experience preferred, but not required.

Special Skills:

Good working knowledge of a unit dose system, an IV admixture program as well as TPN and nutrition issues. Must possess good management abilities, which include proficiency in office skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
