The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric full-service management service organization structure. Responsibilities

Position Summary:
The Network Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for network development and adequacy, designing provider contracting processes and templates to ensure standard contracting processes across Value Hubs, establishing network participation standards, and setting the strategy and standards for network performance reporting. This role will involve close collaboration with each Value Hub leader and/or Value Hub Network Operations leader to optimize performance and address areas where performance is not meeting expectations. They will support the Network Management VP to set and execute this enterprise Network Strategy across all markets ensuring alignment with regional needs within the local Value Hubs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 5 years of leadership experience with 3 years at the manager level
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and positively impact operations in a large healthcare organization through a matrix relationship
- Broad understanding of the healthcare industry
- Strong working knowledge of data platforms such as Quest Enterprise Solutions, Optum Market Advantage, or similar provider network analysis and claims data analysis systems
- Knowledge of value-based care
- Experience managing people and leading teams in multiple geographic locations
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data visualization
- Experience in healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare data standards
- Must have skills in project management and process improvement and have the ability to successfully deliver outcomes in a timely and thorough manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders within the organization using written and verbal skills.
- Experience managing multiple lines of business within identified budget parameters.
- Demonstrated ability to set goals for themselves, their team(s) and various projects with long and short targets. Able to then communicate progress concerning goal(s), along with an action plan for barriers to success in meeting them.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree strongly preferred
