The posted compensation range of $80.17 - $119.26 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating the Cardiovascular Service Line for Bakersfield Memorial Hospital Provide operational oversight of clinical activities as it relates to program development and management; and identifies opportunities for growth within the Service Line. This position acts as liaison and communications link to medical staff, nursing personnel, hospital employees and outside vendors. The role also oversees internal telemedicine processes and telehealth outreach efforts pertinent to the service line. This position is responsible for maintaining quality standards for the heart programs, i.e. stroke and chest pain; maintaining current and accurate policies, procedures and practices pursuant to program accreditation and certification requirements.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or other related field required.
Experience:
Ten years of progressive healthcare management experience with a minimum of five years of management in the acute setting. Demonstrated experience with clinical process knowledge in a multi service line environment coupled with experience and knowledge of program accreditation and certification elements and requirements.
Licensure:
Registered Nurse: CA (RN:CA)
