The posted compensation range of $26.76 - $39.81 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Coordinator of Community Benefit Reporting is responsible for maintaining the Social Accountability CBISA tracking process for Mercy and Memorial Hospitals: input community benefit information into the Lyons software, create reports for the Dignity Health Corporate Office and work with Human Resources and Finance Department to educate employees on Social Accountability reporting. This individual helps develop the annual Community Benefit Plan, coordinating the Community Needs Assessment process, and the Dignity Health Community Grant program. The Coordinator also supports develops updates and maintains a health resource database for clients of the Community Wellness Program and Learning and Outreach Centers. This person report directly to the Regional Director of the Department of Special Needs and Community Outreach.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative experience with demonstrated excellent analytic skills
 - Bachelors Degree
 - BLS CPR Certification Required (Must be through the American Heart Association)
 - Experience in database software, word processing
 - Valid State Driver License and Auto insurance
