The posted compensation range of $28.64 - $34.04 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Phlebotomist, you will obtaining blood, urine, and culture specimens from patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric, according to established procedures of Arroyo Grande Community Hospital and State and Federal Regulations. Performs clerical functions and routine repetitive specimen testing under direct supervision of a licensed technologist.

To be successful in this role, you must must be able to properly handle patient specimens as to the guidelines specified in the phlebotomy manual and our reference manuals.
Job RequirementsRequired
- State of California Phlebotomy Certificate (CT PHLEBOT)
- Current and valide CPR-AHA certification (CT CPRBLS)
